Once downloaded: non-refundable
Because ebooks are digital products, a purchase is non-refundable once the ebook has been downloaded. We record download access for support and refund review. Change of mind, accidental selection or lack of a printer does not qualify for a refund after download.
Before download
If you have paid but have not downloaded any ebook in the order, contact us to request cancellation. We will review the payment and download record before confirming eligibility. Do not download the ebook while your cancellation request is being reviewed.
Payment or file problems
For a duplicate charge, a corrupt file, a materially incorrect product or an access problem, contact us with your order reference. We will help restore access or review an appropriate remedy. This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.
How to request help
Email support@tanviarts.com with your order reference and the issue. Never include full payment-card details. If a refund is approved, it is returned through Razorpay to the original payment method. The credited date depends on Razorpay and your bank; we will provide the refund reference and available timing information. Refunded orders lose download access.
