Every Tanvi Arts product is a digital PDF ebook. No physical item is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
When your download is ready
After Razorpay captures your payment and our server verifies it, your ebooks appear in My downloads. If payment is still processing, use Check payment on the order or revisit the page shortly. A debit alone does not mean payment has been captured.
What you need
Use an internet connection and a PDF reader to download and open the file. You need a printer or printing service for paper copies. The sample books use A4 pages; printing at actual size or fit to page is recommended. Colours and printable areas may vary by printer.
Access and support
Sign in with the same account used at checkout. Your recovery code can reset a forgotten password. Download links require your signed-in account and cannot be used as public file links. If a verified purchase is missing, contact support@tanviarts.com with the order reference.
